Cigarette lighter wire missing!

So today, I dismantled the cigarette lighter unit to see what's wrong (not working since got the car, and the fuse is ok). To my surprise, I found no wiring loom at all that supposed to connect to the cigarette lighter. Tried to raba raba the nearby wiring but no avail and finally I concluded there's really no wire! Either this car is non-smoking version or else. Any idea how get this wire back? It's pain not able to charge my garmin...

A non-smoking package involves only the removal of the cigarette lighter. The 12V plug should still be there and powered.

Check sumore. What is your model?
