get a good lawyer, and don`t listen to the honey word of the datuk fellow or his son. just sue all the way and go to oposition consitutient rep and make a press release. very fast settle. if not i think this thread will be long one and after one year you say

already more than 1 year ... still nothing ..... arghhhh.... worst your name already blacklist , you cannot take loan, your credit worthniess by bank is bad , even you claim you are con , but to the bank you could be the conman itself. till law or court has pass judgement. good luck. you notice the interest from other member also down already 4 month is long enought.
