As stated in the title, anyone has experience of buying automotive parts from Amazon?
I found this set of E46 suspension kit with control arms selling at very good price, wonder is it possible to buy online and ship it here? Will the shipping cost killing and will they be any tax issue?

They only ship to to US address. The way to work around this is to ask them to ship to a friend in US and then ask friend to ship it to you in Malaysia.

BTW, the price is cheap but be weary of the deal that is too good to be true.

IC, I thought Amazon like eBay that some seller will do international shipment.
Anyway, this suspension kit is quite bulky, even if it's shipped here the shipping cost maybe more expensive than the parts.
However, they do sell a lot of E46 parts that's look quite tempting.

You get killed by the shipping to Malaysia, once it arrives you will get killed again by the customs. Tax is around 40% of cost + insurance + freight (CIF).
