Buying E39.

I am thinking to get a E39, after all the reading on the forum there is something I want to clarify with all the sifu.Which version of the E39 comes with build-in working GPS system ? I do not want to convert to Garmin, but original GPS ? jap spec ? UK spec ?

In general Jap specs come with more goodies....including electric seats, electric roller blinds, Navi+TV and stuff...but downside is, either you pick up Japanesse to understand what she says or do a complete conversion to M'sia software.
