Buying an E34

Dear sifus,
Here is my story. I was planning to buy an E34 from an expat this week. Test drive on Thursday, he went to Puspakom on Friday and I was supposed to have gotten the car on Saturday. When returning from Puspakom inspection, the owner was only 10 metres away from home when a car bang from behind. So here I am stuck either to continue on with the deal or scrap it.

I went to see the car at the body workshop yesterday and its pretty bad. Luggage compartment and left back door is affected. Not sure if the chassis is affected.

Will it affect the driving pleasure? I need some opinion if I should continue or scrap the deal. Apart from this, the car is in perfect condition.

woahhh...when you mentioned left rear door...I was ...whaaaat?
The impact caused the whole LH rear chasis to be pushed in enough such that the door gap is now no longer.

Tough luck but personally I would not buy damaged goods as severe as this.
