buying a used car

hi guys,planing to buy a used e30. i already pay booking fee of rm500. but i never had experience in buying a used car in cash, i dunno when is the right time to pay the rest, after or before puspakom inspection/jpj?

pay deposit, get car inspected at Puspacom (seller pays), buy insurance in your name, fill out forms and then go to JPJ to change name whilst you pay with bankers cheque if transfer is done....

thanks a lot booster, i did it with a lil help from my friend. eventho i had to face a few problems, but in the end it is totally worth it
