This is the latest update for the BMW Group World Event @ Marina Bay Sands Singapore 1st to 3rd August 2014.

We need your immediate attention with regards to payment of non refundable deposit for room reservations.

BMW Asia Council has only allocated 20 pax for the 2nd evening event and has also requested the present of the Managing Committee.



A. Hotel Accommodation

We have selected the following hotel as below:-

1. Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay ( a newly completed hotel in Singapore). Price is S$ 200 nett with breakfast. http://www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/singapore/sincq/hoteldetail

Notes:

1. Please indicate next to your names (A) if you want us to make hotel reservation.
2. To confirm your attendance for the event & room reservations, you will need to bank into our club's account (Maybank Account No: 5123-5230-7612) a non-refundable deposit of RM 500 for the room. Please email copy of bank-in receipt to our Treasurer Joon Suan (joonsuan@gmail.com).
3. We must insist that you made your deposit payment latest by 11th July 2014 as we need to confirm the room reservations.
4. If we do not receive your deposit payment, your attendance slot for the event will be given to next person.
5. The registration for the above event is closed as the number of attendees are limited by BMW Group.
6. However you may still put your name in the Wait List in case some registered attendees decided to not to attend and/or failed to make the necessary deposit payment.

The event itself is a public event.
But there is a special exclusive arrangement for BMW council clubs.
They mentioned we will be updated once they finalized the itinerary.
So far what they have finalized is the event official launching which will take place on the 2nd August evening.

Number of seats accorded to us for the exclusive access are only limited to 20 pax which as it is only for official council clubs, therefore it means only for official club members.

But for the event function it is open to public from 1st to 3rd August from 10 am - 10 pm.
calender of events on that day is still not available even on the website.

For us we welcome all members and forum club guest to join us as it is an open exhibition event. If you would like to book and stay in the same hotel as us which is Holiday Inn express at Clarke Quay, do let us know and we would gladly assist to book it together with us. You will just need to pay for the tickets then.

1) We are in the midst of confirming the calender of schedule from the organizers via the BMW Asia Council President Mr Albundy (KK Wong). He allocated to us maximum 20 pax for the above evening event - BMW World Agenda

2) Apart from the above BMW World Agenda, we have yet to receive the schedule for other events.

3) We are waiting for confirmation & details on the entrance fee

4) We are also waiting confirmation on the parking arrangement.

Therefore while waiting for all these information, please do assist us to confirm your participation by banking in the hotel deposit.
If you are unable to make it, then please do let us know ASAP so we can give it to the next person in the queue.

Do take note that this is also Hari Raya time.
