Bro, even some proton wira side mirror can be fold, RM300K vehicle can't fold. Hope BMW can consider it in future

I think what's meant is auto-fold i.e. fold by itself when parking. All new cars can at least fold manually now.

it mean 2.5 only RM890 but 3.0 up to RM2000? so much different ar? man!

That's the rate for private use. If it's a company car, it's worse - it's double the private rate!

yeah if RM2000 for personal, then will be RM4000 for company car. Man each year RM4k. then 5 year come out RM20k. can buy a proton already~ so expensive!!

I was told that the facelifted models will be equipped with transmission box similar to that of X5. What is so great about the new gearbox transmission? Any idea?

I read somewhere that the new transmission has uprated torque converters which enhance response time by 40%. I already thot the current transmission is very good but the new one is supposedly even better. Long gone are the days when an auto would be 3-4 seconds than a manual, now you talking about only 0.3 to 1 second.

Yup, the torque converter lock up faster and also downshifts are 50% faster in certain circumstances, for instance it will shift from 6 to 4 to 2, instead of 6,5,4,3,2. Simply amazing....

I have seen the showroom unit in PML, Singapore. It's been around for quite some time. I'm impressed with the enhancements to the 523i now that it has 190 bhp and the new transmission.

I think the facelift 5er shall be in MALAYSIA soon. 2008 new version of 5er will be selling, very sporty look.
