Bros,Do you have anybody to recommend for BMW Credit application? I tried calling the whole day and the only person I spoke with is the voice-answering machine.Can't find HP section so I placed my bet on Automotive Insurance and such section, please don't shoot me.Any help and suggestions given would be very much obliged.Cheers.seewai

I tried the Melaka Office and a friendly female voice gave me the extension of the person I'm trying to get in touch in KL.
However replacing the last 4 digits with her extension obviously wasn't the wisest thing to do.
Anyway I manage to get through just a minute ago and got the information I needed.

I tried calling BMW Voice and it's the same, they offer music and that's about it If you get to speak to a human, it's like striking lottery.

bmw credit service is like shit de..... unless u buy car fr BMW authorised dealer, then their service is superb. If you only plan to loan from them, the whole process takes min 2-3 weeks. I've personally loan from them twice and recommend 2 of my fren borrow from them in past 12 months

Bro, I've already got an approved loan from BMW Credit in less than a week after all required documents were submitted. If not mistaken it took only 3 days. And it's an individual sale.

Max car age is 5 years if not mistaken. If car age < 3 years, can get max 90% loan based on market price.

My X1 loan from them approve on the same day.... signing loan agreement on the 2nd day 11AM

In the end, I didn't take the loan, and the car was since sold to another KL folk.
