BMW 320i On Board Computer displaying "White screen" problem?

Hello fellow f30-ians,has anyone experienced "white Screen" problem when you guys start your car? I had to turn turn off and turn on the engine twice and the screen was okay again. Any suggestion on whats going on? I havent contacted my SC yet. Please advice, tq.
