Bilstein Absorbers - Can it be rebuilt ? Where ?

I am wondering if any OM/Forumer knows if these Bilstein absorbers can be rebuilt. They are leaking. These absorbers are from Bilstein B16 kit, adjustable coilover with Bisltein RideControl to change setting during ride in the comfort of the cockpit.Thanks

I heard from someone said that he has a contact to service the Bilstein, not sure how true is it.

You can rebuilt them is the US and EU by Bilstein. Not sure about locally.
