I've done mine online, pretty quick though.
They had courier my road tax and insurance cover notes within a week.
Also the rebate bank in straight to my Maybank account hehehe.. no hassle

Traffic Summons
I just checked at myeg.com.my.

I have a few outstandings summons.

The speedings summons got 2 type, one summons is for RM300 after discount is RM200 anorther summons is RM150 after discount is RM100.

I also got a traffic light summons, RM200, no discount.

I dont mind paying the RM100 summons but I was wondering whether I can get more discount on the others at the police station.
