Bad experience in Benz World JB

Hi all bimmers,Just would like to share that experienced at a workshop named Benz World located in JB.My car's(Recond) air-bags was faulty in the past 2 month due to warranty is still available, i have send my car to Benz world which it was in the insurance panel workshop list.After 1 day parked in the workshop, i been called for pick up the car as they have solved and repaired the fault.I have check all the service message in the i-drive, since all the fault message of the air-bags were gone then i just signed approval and drove away.After 1 weeks the fault appear again and i have no choice to take leave and send my car for inspection again in Benz World, another full day parked over there.Car collected around 7pm, but this round was unlike the 1st time done. The fault message appear again in the next morning, i was lost my confidence to Benz world and decided to sent my car to other workshop to find out the faulty.I got shock when the mechanic just open the door panel, all my air-bags were not connect with it's socket and just connect with a electric chip and write off the error massage only. I very unhappy to what benz world done to my car, thank god there is nothing happen during the air bags were malfunction.I went back to the Benz World and check nicely with the PIC with photos provided, but they just claimed that maybe the new staff forgot to connect back the socket. They also said that "don't worry, this is very common issued to every BMW"This is what i really hate about.I will upload the photo soon....I not "marki" or "bullshit", just want to share something facts that really happen and hope more PPL to know this kind of Unscrupulous workshop that may harm to PPL lives.Thanks for approved my post.
 
Shit happen everywhere bro , sorry to hear over ur experience, not good at all.

Lesson learn ; Never leave the car unattended unless with mechanics that you know in and out .

Infact you should have told him to wait for your lawyer letter and then they will learn what is normal and what not.

Thanks for yours feedback.
I went back there and showing them the fault msg of air-bags, they just reset and put back the panel as nothing happened.
I have call the car dealer, they just suggest me to visit another workshop.
Maybe is unlucky for me to meet up this incident, but also thanks for the experience.
At least learn something bad about the workshop i have visited.

just ridiculous on how these Benz World people could operate a service center but don't even put an effort in repairing..on top of that, not taking things seriously which involves safety and someone's life...
lucky that nothing happened along the way while ur airbags were not connected to the socket..
 
I kena slaughter before when i first purchase my UDM. I post my bill in to this forum and their mark up is terrible and evil business ethic.....Now i services and maintain my car at Permas Jaya "We Care"....
