Auto Transmission Specialist in Klang Valley

Hi, can anyone recommend a transmission specialist (apart from BatuCaves M-Scope) ?
My 2001 E38 740il seems to be holding gears, stays in 3rd gear till 4000 rpm before shifting , even at low speeds.
Think its a blocked valve or a faulty solenoid but the mechanic wants to do total overhaul for 6k plus.

Hi guys

My other ride is developing some strange transmission symptoms.

Went to a famous transmission specialist, and the mechanic basically doesnt want to do anything else except a rebuild @ RM9k. At this stage, giving the workshop benefit of the doubt, but i have a feeling he is taking me for a fast one.

Would like a 2nd opinion or 3rd opinion before i decide. Or at least a proper diagnostic. No codes at the moment

Any other good transmission specialist besides the 2 listed here?
