Ok Guys, Anybody could help me with this...1. Everytime I take a left corner (either sharp or sweeping) as long as there are uneveness or small holes on the road, there's a loud thump sound from the right side, the sound is like it's bottomming (strong thuddd) and you can feel the judder on the steering. I don't have the same problem when I took a right corner/turn. What can be the cause, I was told by one shop when doing the alignment that the right steering rack dah longar/out. Is this true.. If it is, what alternative do I have, overhaul the thing as this can be done quite cheap (although price varies from asking), buy a recon or new one (will cost around RM2k for the new, am I right).Anybody experiencing the same problem before.2. A different problem, everytime the car move from stand still or from rolling, whenever the auto gear change (if I'm correct its from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd), there will be a slight vibrating to the rear side, as if you're feeling that its coming form the shock, or the feeling of going thru an uneven road for a few second. Is this the drive shaft, am I looking at a bigger problem later. What can remedy the thing. Can I put in molyslip in the rear axle?? as precaution/solving it??

For your first problem, could it be that the shocks are actually bottoming out and possible hitting the fenders?. Are your springs & shocks in good condition?. R u running on lowered suspension or stock.

I had this similar problem recently where I would hear a thud or scrapping sound when going over bumps or holes. Found out that it was due to a weak shock which was leaking and the shock was bottoming out and causing the tire to hit the fender (i am running on low suspension).

So this could be one possible cause so have that checked out. Good luck.

Might be, but when recently check, I was told the shock bearing is a bit out otherwise, seems okay.

Bro, check your under carriage and exhaust piping. The exhaust pipe could have slipped from its position hence causing it to knock against your under carriage when you go over potholes or sudden even grounds......

I may have similar problem. Small shakes when the rpm hits 2000++ in 1st and 2nd gear.

This have to do with yr long shaft. It could be unbalanced. Or the bush is kaput.

My problem, change the center bush, and the small bush that connects the long shaft to the gearbox (sorry donno what this is called).

Other possible solution, yr long shaft is unbalanced. Its was said somewhere in here that its better to get a second hand balanced shaft, than to rebalance it. But pls ask arnd ant balanced long shaft.

Ask yr workshop to check the long shaft.
