Just to share. I was having difficulty in viewing any channel on my Astro lately. The message that came up was "services currently not available". Previously, I had to wait for approx. 15 minutes after switching on the decoder before able to view the channel. Lately, it became worse that I have to wait for almost 6 hours before any graphic would appear on my TV screen. Could not bear with it anymore, I called up Astro Customer Service.Within 48 hours, the technician came, after checking, he found that the powerboard and mainboard of my 1st edition Philips decoder were faulty. Replaced the 2 items and everything is fine now.Monetary damage: RM50 (service fee for the technician attending to the complaint/ problem). The 2 items is FOC as the technician would claim it from Astr
