Anyone Leave CEL On?

Hi All,My E46 has the Check Engine Light on, reseted it once and came back after 2 days.I cant notice any problems on the car, engine smooth, acceleration smooth, power good, temp normal, oil and coolant normal, FC good.Can i just leave it? Anybody here having CEL just leave it on?Many thanks

yes u can leave it like that but that is not going to solve any problem. best if u could get your car scanned and see what the trouble codes are. then only u can narrow down the culprits that cause the CEL.

Yes have to scanned to find out what is the actual faults...

2781 - Camshaft sensor, intake
272C - Additive mixture adaptation, bank 1 - control limit reached

the first fault looks like pointing direct to a faulty camshaft sensor.
the second one i never came across them before. looks like it is related to a/f mixture.
