Lets get it moving ..

got the jatco 5sp gearbox ..

decided to open up everything and change some wear and tear parts including gaskets and etc..

checking the belt and replace tensioner

final check

in the mean time , its time to paint the engine bay ..

manage to solve the idling prob and the culprit was knock sensor.. and now the car is running smoothly

comparing the difference between auto and manual ..

not yet bro.. managed to get the car running with a new gearbox(jatco) , changed the whole back arm to 325 , longshaft ,axle & driveshaft.. other than that is just minor repairs power window & etc..

decided to hold the paint work and mods for now and let the car run few months first and see whats up.. so far so good..

no bro , this is just a "re-make" as i didnt have the chance to learn and go through the whole rebuild on my red 36, since the car is bought at a very satisfied condition so decided dont want to "usik" her.
So this blue 36 is just a project to make over and experience/learn about the car once is almost done the car will change hand to a good friend of mine and let him mood to his taste.. its about knowing more on the e36ers and experience the joy or rebuilding..
