I would propose to buy a couple of barrels and then negotiate to have the corkage charges exempted or at least reduced. I think we better decide this early and at least get an idea of how much to fork out per person and also need to discuss this with the F&B dept of the hotel management.

yes,you may bring your own bottle but the hotel/restraurant will charge corkage for it. I heard it was RM180 per bottle.

Let the orgynising committee discuss this with the F&B department on the corkage charges. I am sure something feasible can be worked out, but expect to pay something la, nothing is free my fellow jedi
