Dear Committee,

It good to know that there is such event. May I know which insurance is presenting? You can PM me if you doesn't want to reveal it publicly. The reason I ask is because my company work very closely with some insurance company to improve their customer service. So, if the insurance company that is giving the talks are one of our customer then I would like to work together with them in this event which I am sure they would want us to come in too. Who knows, I maybe able to get some door gifts.

If the number does not justify, there's a chance that it'll be postponed yet again..

It won't be nice to have only 30 members turning up on that day when it's expected to have at least 50...

We wholeheartedly wanted to organise beneficial events for the club members but if the numbers are not there, it's very difficult for us to justify to the sponsors.

I would be making a decision tomoro whether to postpone the event to a later date.
