Aiyo...Water Not Enuff Warning Light ON!

I remembered a year ago was 1 litre in 1 month. Then after my expansion tank kaboom, change liao after that one year ok ...now is 1 litre 1 week ...somewhere leaking. I no time visit mspeed ah meng yet ...but soon lor. Car like having period, leaking n leaking 
The tank kaboom in my house after i just drove back. I was just taking stuff out from the boot and the boom freaked me out, can see hot stim coming out from the bonnet :blink: . Had to tow my car to ah meng to fix.

When I took delivery of my car last month, I top up the water tank till proper level. Almost one month later, last night while driving back home the yellow tank symbol lighted up again showing low water volume.
Added almost 1 liter water to the expansion tank this morning!! Now i waiting for my mechanic to be free to do full checks and full maintainence service.

i checked n comfirm
if no leakage
no need to add any water one....unless got issue
my buddy E46
1 year also no need to add water 1 time
no warning light also
so i advise everyone to watch out!!!
for those oledi HIT the "yellow" low coolant warning light
escpecially those going up hill
or go outstation or heavy traffic jam
I dont wanto to see any E46 break down n stall

Thats why i believe its not normal... Cause the previous owner of my E46 is my brother and did not need to top up water at all until early last year. Inittially he need top up about every 4 to 6 months, then every 3 months and now every month!!
And on my previous car, if the car is healthy, no water top up at all.
So thats why on my service most likely next week will check thoroughly the whole cooling system and change all hoses and pressure test radiator.
