Hi Guys, Glad to find fellow users of 320D.Just wondering, whether when we set the air circulation(allowing outside air to flow in) to either "Auto" or ""Autoff" before off the car, noticed that after restart the car from sleeping mode the setting gone missing. So, I only will notice it when smelled the outside smoke to turn it on. However, when I spoke to my colleague who own 520D, this was not the case.Anybody, is experiencing the same?Cheers

I have this issue too if I set to have the air circulated internally. Whenever the car shutdown over night, the setting is forgotten.

However, if I set it to automatic mode the setting will be retained. Thus, I just set it to automatic now.

I'm driving a 320d if that helps.

You can always turn on the Aircond in internal circulation mode by pressing the 'star' or 'o' ( for some cars) at the steering wheel.

Yes you can have it as a shortcut key but the point is, you need to enable internal circulation mode every time you start the car again (after some time) :) The settings does not stay.

Sometimes stays, sometimes not. What to do. No big deal la. Can exercise a bit. Anyone know if its really true that keeping to recirculate all the time is bad for the aircond? This is what the SA told me and also top man at Glenmarie.
