Recently my airbag sign just pop and upon scanning with INPA, it indicate my seat sensor mat is broken and seatbelt tensioner is OOO. After errors are cleared only the mat sensor error reappear. Hence I suspect is the mat.. Anyone knows where to get this fix cheap? Or to bypass the mat to assume there always passenger in the car?

Yup... Get a bypass or do it yourself... you just need to add resistance... It will not save that airbag incase of accident but it will save your passenger life without spending RM 700++

My aunt's e46 airbag light turned on. After diagnosis, bought ourself the driverside seatbelt
buckle attached together with the sensor thingie. only cost us rm300++, labour and
resetting cost another rm100++.

one shop quoted rm800. so, buy the parts yourself.

My DSC warning (the one with triangle and car skidding aite? not too sure about the lights at the instrument cluster) light keep on coming out when cornering slightly harder after i changed my shock, spring and ARB. The car is very much in control when it happened (no apparent over or under steer). Anybody experience similar issue before can share what might be the cause, thanks. The problem is, when it happens the ABS kicks in and for a few seconds you can't apply the brake properly (I believe this is the function of the ABS). Some guys might wanna suggest driving slowly at a bent but I believe our UDM should handle better than a Vios that overtook (at the time) without any issue.

For starter, eliminate the easy possibilities first, make sure tyres are well inflated, n the abs sensor is in good condition.

I have recently been getting Driver Stage 1 airbag fault code. Reset it a few time and it comes back within a few hours - 3days.

Decided to look under the seat (I have memory seat) and found an empty beer can stuck under the seat pressing against some wires and connector.

Remove the can and reset the fault code.....it never come back after more than 1 week. Fingers crossed.
