what ideal pressure of tyre 215/45/17 for my BMW E36 318i

ideal 30 psi front and back

200-220 psi depending on stiffness preference... but that range common and safe for most setups, for normal driving.

30-32 psi for normal daily home to office use, 28 psi for long distance use also depending on load and absorber setup.

You can refer back to the tyre pressure informtion tag on you b pillar ( open your door then you can find it )

Thats the best...i always refer to that tag as well..

City & town driving +1psi, long distance drivinig +2psi... Try to fill in the pressure in cold condition (tyre in cold condition if possible)
