Gents, what is the typical service needed on E46 325i 2003 (90k mileage) air conditioning unit. Is it just regular gas top up, or are there additional filters to be changed. Was at Naidu's place some while back and he suggested changing the "Gas Filter" unit (approx RM300+), was not convinced with it. Air cond unit is blowing ok so far but have had complains that it is fairly warm at the back especially on hot sunny afternoons.

Don't think you require to replace anything but just gas flush and top up will do. Generally e46 back experienced bit warm as there's no AC blower units located at rear ends.

Hi Damon, was reading the forum and some were talking about topping up the compressor oil???
