Aftermarket Air filter for e48 318

gents... need some advise on the aftermarket ram air intake air filter setups. does it really help the increase the performance of the car or it just a mere psychological effect...? thanks

you wont feel much difference with just an air filter... try adding a bored throttle body and an ECU remap. If you feel adventurous, go for cams and the entire exhaust system. good luck.

Lose the 18" and shove back the 16". Dont need performance filters to feel the difference.
