I notice the ciggi lighter don't turn off even after our keys are out from ignition. I don't want the acc shop guys to tap into the fuse, therefore seek sifu help or advice how is best to power my gps and iPad or phone charger.Thanks.

One of the sample:

I have griffin dual USB micro so my garmin n iPhone or blackberry can be charged at the same tine but need advice where to connect them so power it's auto off once engine is off or key is off the ignition.

That tiny stuff will drain our battery dry if we did not start our car for 2 weeks or more. Plus it will prevent our car to enter sleep mode.

The Garmin battery being charged whilst you car is not running for 2 weeks will drain the car's battery? Sure or not? How many mA is the Garmin battery pack? Also, it's not hard to disconnect from the ciggies lighter la.

Thanks bro tianci but I wish to connect to the ciggi power and hide the micro griffin in the dash.

U won't leave your iPad or iPhone or Blackberry in car for 2 weeks or more in charging right?

The project is for few reasons, unfortunately can't share it in the open forum.

For those who experience power leak, they will understand my frustration. Our car is equipped with a micro processor to control the lights, sensors etcs I hope to learn further
