ABS Control Unit problem

hi All..Where can i get 2nd hand ABS Control Unit for E46 2002.My car have problem with ABS.Can somebody help me.I'm already asked for new one.It cost rm2900.Too expensive.

Hi bro, care to explain more as to why you think it's ABS control unit??? What were the symptoms and also can you list out the fault code (assuming your mech did a code read) ...

May be only the sensor..

i'm already checked with the specialist (4 specialist already)
they said that abs control unit need to change.
abs and brake light always on when engine on and on all the ways

Sometimes the sensor contributes to such condition . Did you diagnose the car , better before you conclude. Mine , the light is lite for sometimes....sensor cable kaput..Arggg.. need to change soon to get rid of it. Sore eyes..!!

I have the same same problem. If your car is e46 2.0 2002 you do not have angle sensor all the time unit must changed and if 2002 above most of the times angle sensor is the culprit. So I found 1 second hand unit last time cost around 1.3k Unit and the pump. If new not Orig cost around 1.5k(no warranty) just the unit without pump and exclude installation. Orig 3.5k + installation at MSpeed with 3 month or 3 weeks warranty I think.

Ingress Auto charged
6.5k Unit only with 2 years warranty
8k Unit and Pump with 2 years warranty.

I know a place in Indera Mahkota 14 in Kuantan who will change the ABS unit plus installation for RM2k max....used ABS unit by the way. Mine is N42 E46 2002

to find 2nd hand unit base on luck sometimes have and sometimes don't have. i will pm u the contact

try checking with Eng Soon Singapore if you are looking for new.

otherwise checkout those chop shops like MS Motor, Hakitrade etc
