17k for 86 E30 with ori rims and some goodies is the market price, if the buyer got it for 10k is his luck lo (maybe why is he selling for 17k is to cover his cost in touch up maybe, or maybe 10k for that car with bad condition, who knows?) overall speaking as long as market price is what you pay, dont think its a big deal of buying it anyway IF U REALLY LOVE E30, sides, its still good condition right? engine smooth and body no hole is good enough for a 2 decade car...little rust can be checked and repaired.

Still as what all the sifu quoted, its ur call bro, as long u dont have to scratch ur head repairing the car ure getting....then go ahead, save u the trouble, pay more a lil bit for an already touched up and repaired car.

Yeah, cars of these age does not have standard value. It very much depends on the condition and rarity. 320i or 318i can get anytime. Original 325i not so easy to find loh. And with original sun roof!!!
