520d Rear Air-cond not that cold

Hi, I own a 2011 520d and so far, I do not have complaints about the car EXCEPT for the rear air-cond. It doesn't seem to be as cold as the front vent, infact, it is kind of warm air. My kids have been complaining a lot since it is quite warm. To make it cold, I had to bring down the front temperature a lot (that freezes me up by the way) so that they can get cold air. I have complained twice (each time I send in for service) to AB KL and they have tried to do something about it. Finally they said it's normal. BS, my half-the-cost-of-a-BMW Camry has better rear air cond than the 520d. Anyone else having the same problem in their 2-zone air-cond? I do not expect it in the 4-zone air-cond. Thanks

Have similar problem but so far, no complaint yet.

I have lost confidence in AB. Maybe should try Quill or Ingress.

U guys r buying brand new car & a premium brand. Totally unacceptable. Try complain to BMW Malaysia

Have tried all mode. It works well when the "Max" button is on but then again, as I said, it freezes the front occupants.
