Hi all,My previous car got scratches badly by bastxxx, especially the doors side. So I'm thinking to install clear bra to protect my new baby. I would like to seek advices from all the expert. Is anyone of you got your hot wheels with clear bra? If yes, where you got it, how much is that, and what's your comment on it?Thanks

No color Changing and it wont starts peeling, unless you send to an unskilled Car wash and they use the Jet Machine pressure directly at the lines of the Clear bra. But you can send back your car for warranty and they will fix it up for you. They use 3M Ventureshield and Scotchgard Paint protection Films on my Ride. Which is the best in the Market.:top:

Its Quite Expensive to do whole Car as i just did Front Bumper, Front Bonnet, Two Fenders, Side Mirrows, A Pillars and Headlight and it cost me a Bomb..thousands of RM.
You still need to ask them to Quote you...and the most important thing is that they will investigate your Car Paint Condition. And will advise you if it needs Polishing or Minor Waxing before the Film is applied on your car.

Yeah it is a clear transparent film by 3M. I am using the same ventureshield on just my head lights.

Hi Guys, I'am thinking of getting my headlights wrapped by those film to stop it from turning yellow (a common occurrence for E90s). Does it work? and anyone know where I can get a good deal for 3M?

Batman,

Wrapping a layer of 3M film onto the headlights only protect against stone chip. It does not prevent the headlights from turning yellow.

Thanks. I saw quite a fair bit of people claiming that it can prevent the yellowing.. sigh.

ANyway, do you know where I can get a good deal for wrapping my from bumper, hood and fenders to prevent stone chips?

Wow boss, you really invest a lot of coating and films just curious, how much does it cost for front bumper only and I believe it's to prevent stone chips?
