3'ers gathering,2nd edition!

hey there guys and gals.....its been almost 1 year since the last 3'ers gathering and i thought tht its about time to rekindle the 3'ers community again....other series are more thn welcome to join...just tht the main concentration is on the 3 series...i will post a date as to whn the gathering will be held...also,been thinking of doing it with the old skool guys too???ichiwan2...how???so guys,keep a look out in this thread for further updates...rgds & thx,-brad-

parking lots are plentiful,food is not tht bad either and price is cheaper thn Showru...... k:

so it will be:

Date:saturday 29th April or saturday 6th May
Time:7pm onwards
Venue: Restoran MMZ @ Bkt Jelutong.

guys...a few things to remember on tht evening...




1) wear your club shirt/t-shirt (if possible)

2) please please pay for your food & drinks as and when it is served to you.

3) please do not speed when driving into the mamak area(residential area lah...)


and lastly......HAVE LOADS OF FUN!!!

dude....darn good idea,i hav asked the guys at malatbimmer b4 but most of thm couldnt make it the last time...
i'll try thm again and also the guys at SA bimmer...

got an idea.
do a simple flyer then photostat.
place on windscreen of any parked e21. e30, e36, e46, e90 or all models
u'll probably get the attention of many bmw owners especially those who are non members. draw their attention to the club and the website.
u never know, the response that night may be good and u can take advantage of this by turning it into a club member recruitment event.

flyer distribution just target major shopping complex parking lots.
should include following info:
club name
club website
what is the event
when
where (do a simple drawing of a map)
who can join
why are we doing this
etc etc etc

AB here surprised that I've got the Club sticker and shirt - they tot just cos they haven't started promoting the club, no one here knows about it - Man, talk about conceit! :hmmph:

and since it's in may, u may also want to buzz the following magazines/newspapers to help you include this announcement:
- hypertune
- xtreme kars
- motortrader
- on-the-road
- diary listing in Cars, Bikes & Trucks (NST every sunday)
- announcement in Mail Motoring (Malay mail every saturday)

if the response is good enough, you can even call members of the media to attend this event for greater mileage.
