325i E46 year 2003 FC

Hi guys.Need to gather from you guys on the fuel consumption for this model. Being a 2.5L, how much is the full tank and say i pump in RM60 worth of fuel, how far can it go?Is the maintenance / servicing expensive? Currently i am driving a 1.6L vehicle. But wondering is it so much difference in FC? I know some vehicles with bigger cc does not mean higher FC. But then again it depends on the make right!So please advise me on this as i am currently eyeing a used unit.... fell in love with it shit!

I'm using E46 2.0 and wira 1.5 but seems my wira fuel consumption much more higher than my E46

my 318i 2.0 L 2002 consumption is almost the same as my gen2

bigger CC doesnt mean drink more fuel...and depends how torquey is ur car....im sure 2.5 is torquey and comes early...it need far less fuel to get the car goin...thus saving fuel in the end...

some big CC torque is high but late kick in...so need to rev it to get it goin....equals drink more fuel..

at 90% city,10% hway : RM10 gets me about 50km, ron95.

Almost 100% City RM 50 = 180-230 Ron 95

if my car 100% city will be around 460km around stop go traffic in ipoh....ur car is abit on the high side.....any mods??

yup..i can prove to u easily...monday to friday weekly travel.... ipoh-kulim-penang-kulim-penang-kulim-penang-kulim-penang-kulim-bandar bahru....thn fill full go back ipoh...

20% city is makan lunch and jogging in botanical garden thn..dinner..

not monster la...using castrol magnetic 15w-40, knn drop in, iridium spark plugs,...thts it...running on 18" sumore

Can be done.. even M54B25 can do that on highway.. but nid to be very discipline. maintain speed at 110kmph at all time.
Maintenance is ard RM400 for every 10k km. gearbox ard rm500 for every 30-40k. comparable with alot jap car with the same cc,.... but watch out for few common prob for e46 which can be a bit costly.
ie : radiator, expansion tank, abs and dsc module, bushes, steering rack. anything i miss out?

Yeah uve said it all.. then again... maybe cause i drive-stop-drive a lot in city driving...

This week is the best manage to get RM 50 Ron 95 = 280 ish... so getting 560km maybe with RM 100... then again i might be doing 70% City and 30% Highway thats why...

I'm usually refill my tank once the light ON which cost me about RM105+- on RON95 Kerang. It's not fair just to be on HW or City coz NKVE can be very Jam too early in the morning. I would say about 50% cruising 50% non-crusing which req acceleration (including spirited drive 160kmph+). RM105 can last me about 500km without fail.

No mods...have a feeling it's because of my exhaust sensors...and maybe a little exhaust bocor..
