Z airbags deployed?

Hi all,Drove my Z out the other day and everything was fine. But then when i started it to return home the airbag indicator light was on. Anyone experienced this before?Regards.

Send to workshop to read the fault code. Probably the pre-tensioner.

oh. apparently there is a sheet inside the passenger door that broke. The airbag indicator light points towards several faults. Once the protective sheet was replaced the indicator light does not appear anymore. Takes some time too to order and receipt delivery of the part.

Mine light up last week. From the diagnosis, could be 2 causes:
-battery about to kaput.
-sensor kaput (apparently there are 2 on the seats)

Now have recharged the batteries and reset the sensor. Will keep you guys posted.

According to a book, there is a known issue with pretensioners located just behind the back rest that causes the airbag light to come on. Mine is on all the time.
