Faced this situation 2 years ago when I first bought my 2006 M-Sport X3 2.5Si.
Luckily, with the help of a forum member managed to source the tyres.
After two years of driving, back to square one ie trying to buy new set of tyres.
Currently on staggard set up:
Front 235/45 R19 8.5J
Rear 255/40 R19 9 J
For what ever reason can't seem to get both tyres of the same make.
Continental - rear not available (BMW Malaysia can source from Germany but way toooooooo expensive)
Dunlop - front not available
Pirelli - still checking
Korean - front not available
Options available:
1) downsize to 18"
2) change tyres sizes eg front to 245/40 from 235/45
Any forum members on 19" staggard set up. What size tyres are you guys on.
