Hmm..not sure how much comfort to be honest. IF it's sensitive like your wife's issue possible you might want to go just springs only. Mine was taken off a drift M3 in the UK. Not sure about miles..sorry. I am selling it complete as a set. Got ARBs front and back. The back comes complete with M3 subframe no Axle.
