Wiper is not functioning during rainy season....work again after switching off

Dear FriendsRecently faced that problem, wiper not working during raining but will work fine after switching off engine repeatedly. Just wonder what was the cause of it....please help me out...since now raining a daily things!!!Cheers

Just Change the wiper motor !my problem solved recently ,same as your guys.
