Tested my new car during CNY on highway, found the wheel alignment and balancing are not done well during the moment we received the car. Car is going side way if we let go the steering, car a little vibrate if exceeded 140km/h. Can we go back to SC for check up to align again (due to warranty) or should I go outside shop ?

If the car is relatively new you can go back and complain to the SC. Just explain the symptoms to them.

u can but dun waste your time..

if balancing and alignment you after.. do go to ah hee tyre at sg besi. on wheel balancing with back to basic alignment. old school. if u go there and look around the type of car go there.. it speaks for itself. not cheap though.. balancing and alignment around 150. be prepare to wait

Another alternative which most of the members here go to is also at MPS Auto in Sunway or Kee Hin in Old Klang Road. MPS is a little on the pricier side, around RM180+ for balancing and alignment for the E90. Whichever is more convenient for you would be best :)

Thanks guys for all the advices, really appreciated. However, I was from the northern region. Anyway, I will find one good tyre shop to do this....Happy New Year and Happy Holiday !
