what transmission fluid to use for e46 325i SMG

need a gearbox fluid change soon. what brand and code to get? and also the atf filter. anyone know where can i get some after market one? or AB's part is better?i need to know the price also. thanks

Gearbox oil it's BMW MTF-2 while the hydraulic fluid for the SMG is Pentosin CHF 11S. Get a quote from AB, Ingress or sapura for the gearbox oil change hopefully they will furnish you the quotes with the type of GB oil use for your car.
For the gearbox oil filter OEM is always best.

Yes i have but that was done least year at Sapurajust after i took delivery of the car. Will do again once reached 30k-35k miles. Also change differential oil (Redline 75w-90) which you might want to consider doing it.
