This is my Vin. Still figuring out what some of these options are like TV function, through loading system, area code 2 for DVD, telephone f Japan, and others means?

Is there a site where I can read what exactly it is and how I can use them?

All info is in the owners manual.There is also an online owner's manual that i came across.Do a google search.
