GHS & guys... I've been searching thru all OEM rims, they dont really look nice. Even the one that I've got an eye on, after seeing the thing in real, I dont find it nice too. Anyone intro me a nice set of rims?

I think generic rims don't match the E90 or E60 for that matter. If its non BMW rim, it has to be one of the higher quality makes like ACS, Hartge, Breyton, Hamann etc (which OEMs to BBS, CDW, OZ etc).

I like BBS rims, but they are hard to clean. Breyton Visions actually look good on the E90 but they are an older design. Also ACS Type IV in 19's with the staggered concave rims. The rest of the designs may also look good but hard to clean.

Most pple will tend to bin the RFTs first chance they get due to the high replacement price and the poor ride quality compared to conventional tyres. If you can find some way to get around a flat tyre situation, either via a mobility kit or having a space saver tyre then why not get conventional tyres.

Hello TomJB, I personally like this design, it is 18" staggered with the rears having a deeper dish. They are Taiwanese replicas, but of what brand I'm not sure (BBS or DPE?). Anyone knows?

Drive slow on small roads =lol= I just can't wait to change to 19" but then anyone interested on my tyres! :( Nowadays I drive a lot just to give myself an excuse to change the tyres and that would be the time I change my rims! However My tyres only been on the road for 1k kms....hehehehe

stevtan, if you want to let go of your tyres lemme know. Will be good to get 18" PS2 for a good price. Then I would be more tempted to get 18" rims haha.... :p

What do you think of the Breyton Visions on the E90? They are significantly
cheaper than ACS here for some reason.

Quite right bro. Actually i cant understand why they're cheaper either. If you buy them online from most stores, theyre actually more expensive than the imagines and flames.

Also, they do look rather nice on the E90. I think quite unique. Only need spacers at the back....:top:

Yes, the Breyton Vision (posted by E46F) looks good on E90. I saw it before in Singapore. I think you will never go wrong with these rims.

Breytons are generally quite good looking...the two things that go against them are weight and strength...known to be heavy and soft

Thats what I hear about them as well. Any specific rim you were looking at to replace your killer looking DPE 20's?
