Wear and Tear parts for BMW E90 325i

Hi All,I have talked to my workshop foreman and he said few things need to be changed due to wear and tear issue. I am wondering why BMW parts can only sustain for 4 - 5 years (100000KM)? Even my previous Japanese car can stand for minimum of 6 years, and always drive into bad condition construction road.1) Lower arm for front and rear side2) Absorber3) Battery4) Air cond cooling coil (bad leakage) ... Condenser ... heater coilIs that only happening on this pre-LCI version? or it happens to all? or because of our hot climate in Malaysia? I can feel my engine compartment is damn hot comparing to other cars...Thanks.

erm..for 1, 2, 4...yes..i empathized ur dissatisfaction...but for 3, they last pretty long aren't they?

Yes, you are right too, item 3 is not bad
... but i heard some uses for 6 years (perhaps old model which doesn't require lot of battery juice)

Just want to know why so that we can try to lengthen the lifespan of each part.

For 2, 3, I don't think so.
4 I agree
For 1, E46 yes. E90 is more lasting now.
It's a sensitive car. When all parts in good condition. Driver great, not a ordinary Japanese car can compare. However, if something goes wrong, you can feel it straight away if you are careful enough. Price to pay for a good handling & nice car. Fair enough?
