Washer Fluid Low E39

Anyone experience this before? Cluster displayed "Washer Fluid Low" when the washer tank is full of water, what could be the possible problem. Thanks in anticipation to sifu for your advise.

Sensor faulty at washer tank. May as well check the water hose as it tend to be brittle and will eventually break.

Yes it is Windshield Fluid Washer Sensor. You can easily DIY. Rather easy. Buy from parts dealer like Bavarian Auto. Remember to buy the grommet (rubber washer) too as it tends to harden overtime so fluid can leak.

Location of the reservoir for E39 is below the plastic wheel liner. Right Hand side of wheel (as shown in the picture). Remove the wheel for easy access. Advise safety procedure while working.

Thanks both for the info, thought it was sensor too.. went to mech and apparently the floater got stuck, and it is done now- FOC.
