EJ82182. Checked z1 web and it is a 1991 march with M10 engine. Can't be, I saw the enjine and was very sure it is a M40.

if your VIN could not be found in the realoem.com, this mean your car was not original out of BMW factory, it was upgrade from previous version, example: E46 year 2000 chassic (original equipted with M52TUB28 engine), they upgrade it to 2004 version which was equipted with M54B30 engine., soo they cancel the chassic VIN and put a new chassic VIN for the car of E46 2000 chassic with M54B30 engine..

to read the previous VIN number, you had to open and excavate the ECU module, AirBAG module or ZKE module to look for the VN number.

other; could be RE-CON vehicle from JAPAN???, CHINA???, EUROPE???? :106:

after post the message.. try to recheck in realOEM... i can find it.. maybe my mistake on previous checking.

Actually, i've plan to change ATF for the car but there is many type of ATF oil in the market.
do you know what the actual type of automatic transmission used? RealOEM show 2 type A4S310R & A4S200R. Which one?
what the best ATF recommended..
