vanos fault cannot be erase

last week i will sending my car to auto bavaria,because my car E60 525i 2008 the engine warning light is on..they told me my car possible is vanos fault but the problem is the engine vanos i will replacement already..the problem is still there..

Eng oil sludge ? Eng Oil pressure................................ ok ?

around 3k..labour charge for remove and install+maintenance
how about your?some the problem in your BMW..?

engine oil be allright,i am not sure that guy checking the oil pressure already or not?
but they told me wanna be replace the camshaft because the cam wear out (crack)already...

Only year 2008 and having vanos and camshaft problems? Better get a second opinion from other workshops...
