Tyre recommendations

Need some tyre recommendations. I have 17 inch rims and would like to change the front tyres. 3 out of the 4 existing tires have reasonable tread still. One tyre is low in tread (front right). So I figured I'd keep the best 2 of the 3 at the rear and buy two new ones for the front.What brand is good for BMW speeds without busting the bank account? Also any recommendations on a tyre shop that can handle UDMs (alignment, balancing, etc).thanks
