Think I might buy X5 diesel. I drove it and think it is much better than the petrol one. I heard many stories about cdi and other diesels. But I suspect it got to do with mishandling and poor servicing. Anybody here got X5? I am thinking of X5 diesel or Mercdes ML diesel. I tried Rexton and found their diesel to be more agile than their petrol one.

I wouldnt here in Malaysia. We gt the low grade diesel which isnt good for the X5 engine. Only when and only if our government decides to give us the choice of better diesel would I get the X5 D

If rexton have no diesel problem, maybe go for ml benz!

benz invented comonrail diesel and licensed to other car mkers.

benz and bmw got diagnstic computer in the car so mean you can do checking at specialist. sure to find big problem if it is around.

i will neverbuy secondhand bm or benz if diagnstic computer is not allowed.

The BMW X5 DIESEL rides and drives like a BMW sedan

The BMW X5 DIESEL is a splendid car which includes adjustable ride-height suspension, heated rear seats, navigation system, and BMW Assist emergency and concierge system. If you want a vehicle that looks utilitarian but doesn't drive that way, you can't do much better than the X5. Rides and drives like a BMW sedan, multiple drivetrain choices, top safety scores, high-end cabin furnishings.
