by the way, my B+G springs will be up for sale once i take it back from the workshop. it should be one of the lowest, if not the lowest springs for the E34 ever made. it says that it lowers 50mm front and 40mm rear.

I don't have MAF on the 5 yet.

I only have the unichip. at 6000rpm
it says 153rwhp before,162rwhp after

But It can't be realistic. Will do a dyno somewhere else.
Why don't you do a dyno day for the non-stock 5ers?

Handling is awesome now. but would be best with thicker anti-roll bars. will source for them soon.

gotta carefully drive it in the housing area and stuff like that. i have already slightly damaged the front fenders when the tyres tucked in an pulled out the inner fold when i turned into a huge hole.

Thanks. please try. i wanted to try on the Hamann HM2s too but didn't have the chance. please try it. I am already happy with the black centres on these regular M5 wheels. it will look super on yours

Dear Tom,

Damn nice ride. Question abt the wheels.

even if you're running on other wheels that are smaller in diameter with the stock E34 18-20mm offset you should still need the spacers in front or you'll end up having to go for really really short springs which i've tried, and trust me, you won't like it one bit. the springs are so tightly wound together that if you go on the highway and there's a slight uneveness, the springs will end up fully compressed. don't ask me how it feels like when it does that

the wheels are just too close to the shocks even when stock.

fortunately, all is good now. i'm now running on 10mm spacers in front and 15mm in the rears. machined aluminium with hubcentric rings.

Which means to say your current wheel offset is abt 30mm in the front and 35mm in the rear? Any issues abt the tyres rubbing onto the fender? Will handling also be compromised since the offset is out by 10 and 15mm respectively? And how are the spacers fitted? Is it bolted on using the 5 lugs?

i thk whe offset now is 10 front and 5 rear, which means the wheels now got more clear room but near to the fender.
