TEST DRIVE E60

Just went to AB JB and test drive the E60 523 (new engine)I must say that the car is very confortable, responsive and feel very light when driving.I have test drive e39 and compare to e60, i still prefer e39 because it have better feel on the road eventhough e60 has a better sound proof and newer engine.well, i have had an e36 before and that is really a driving pleasure, and when come to e39, it is more to comfy but the pleasure is still there, but when come to e60, comfy is much more then pleasure. I don't know whether u all agree?Yes, not to mention that it is a 5 series and comfy should be the main point to be noted, but the raw of bmw should not be lifted in anywhere, i think.after all, e60 is still an impressive drive for me for the day.....yam yam.....btw tested c230K today also, with a friend who is thinking of upgrading

Agree!! THe E60 retains the raw grunt ... I can still hear the engine rumble through insultation .. I bet the engineers didn't sound proof it THAT well.

Switching from E36 to E39 will be sweet.... very nice indeed.. a few forumners switched from E39 to E46 ... presumably for the more smaller and more nimble (and thus fun) nature of the 3 series.

Personally I miss the presence of the larger bodied 5... (E34, E39) .. am commuting in an E46 these days. Car feels small

I wonder how the new NAP tax structure will affect the E60 and E90's come Jan next year... Is it too much to hope for? hmm

price increase by 9K for all BMW and they have no clue about what is going to be, whether a better package instead of reducing price
