Are you sure this is an E90 rim? Looking at the offset, it is for E60 :) E90 rims would be ET30, ET35 normally. Nevertheless, the offset of ET15, ET20 will fit E60 without spacers.

Hey Kenneth, im considering that for my e60 as well (just collected my e60). Currently on 18" but e offset is quite weird.
From what I hv gathered, most pple are on 19" staggered.
Mainly for cosmetic, cos the rear will flash nicely w fender without spacer.
As well as rear wheel drive, performance would also be enhanced. (hearsay, not sure abt this)

Conclusion,
Pro: 18" is better for the pocket in term of tyre cost and fc.
More comfortable.
Con: not as nice.

Pro: 19" looks better
Con: tyre n fc might hurt.

Hope it's useful.

I'm still considering on e cost in low run.
